Layout

Options will be given to the staff to create yearbook layout. Features will include easy web based creation of pages, collages, personal profiles, and recording of specific event situations. These methods of creations used will allow for layout artists and editors to access the layout, speeding up the process of creating the yearbook.

Camera/ Photography

The staff will use a digital camera. This is to encourage them to capture and create their own memories. Other options will be the use of private cameras; the publishing of these will depend on quality of the photos.

Pagination/Layout

In the past, most yearbook were laid out by hand, the work was tedious, and required multiple deadlines and contact with a yearbook publishers.

Today, virtually all yearbooks are published using computers, which allows for shorter deadlines and easier editing. Photos and copy for the layout by Thetha yearbooks; the layout will then be sent to the organization for final editing and then to print.
